25 years in technology. 14 of them at Microsoft. Since 2017 my focus has been AI across Asia-Pacific, starting with enterprise data platforms and machine learning, then moving into generative AI, agents, and the AI-native ways companies now build and compete.

Today I lead Cloud & AI for APAC at EPAM. The work runs from strategy and architecture down to the actual engineering. Most of it comes down to helping companies get past the AI hype and into production: what to build, what to skip, how to govern it, and how to make it pay off.

I still prototype every week with Claude, GPT, Gemini, Copilot, and whatever agent framework is new that month, because I don't think you can lead AI from slides. It moves too fast. The gap between people who talk about AI and people who know how it behaves in practice keeps getting wider.

That is why I created AI Field Notes: a short daily brief for people who need the operating implications, not the loudest headline.

The AI news cycle is loud and often misleading. I read across the industry anyway, so this is where I turn the noise into something useful. Each issue covers what actually matters: model releases, AI agents, evaluation, enterprise adoption, funding, and the competitive shifts leaders can't afford to miss.
